Course Outline
Lifetime Advisory Services offers a unique intensive training programme to provide advisers with the necessary knowledge and experience required to advise on equity release. The initial residential training course encompasses the following areas:
- Product knowledge and analysis of advice recommendations.
- Advanced benefits knowledge.
- Preparation and entry for the Lifetime Mortgage examination (if required).
- If the Lifetime Mortgage qualification has already been attained, the course will include refresher training on the examination syllabus.
- Full IT training covering all the on-line software available for registered members, this includes essential research tools, creation of factfinds and suitability reports.
- Case study analysis.
Following training, the first two written cases will receive written feedback from the Business Monitoring Team at Lifetime Advisory Services.
